Fri 1/15/20 – Snow’s on the ground, It’s just above freezing. A perfect night for comfort dishes. Chef David has prepared a lovely Lao noodle dish served with tasty Sap Sap Lao sausage and soft-boiled egg that’s sure to warm up your insides. Dave’s also made his special turkey soup, too. Simple ingredients cooked perfectly together for a satisying starter. Finally, one of my very favorite dishes ever, spicy fried lamb wontons. They’re so good you might want to get two orders of this wonderful dim sum.
