One pound of Prince Edward Island mussels in Nattspil’s guajillo chile cream sauce and brick roasted Madison Sourdough crostini are back on the menu starting tonight, Friday, August 7th. These mussels really pair well with Summit Pilsner on tap, or a glass of crisp Sauvignon Blanc.

Each day we’re busy rebuilding and adding to our menu. Today we were able to add back on three more menu staples I’m sure you’ll be happy about: 1. Shrimp Cakes, 2. Tortilla Chips, Guac & Salsa, and 3. Daily Special Pizzas!

*Monforfort gorgonzola, from Monfort, WI on the border of Iowa and Grant
counties, is cave aged 90 days, and was the 2006 winnter of the best cheese
in the world at the World Dairy Expo.
That’s right. We’re serving from 5pm-11pm for you. Three Cup Chicken and Three Cup Tofu are back on the menu along with our wood fired pizzas and snacks. We’ve added two more items for you to see on our menu on Day 2, Our Tomato & Cucumber Salad, and our Pickled Vegetable Salad. Both of these go very nicely as a a starter/side to our pizzas, too!
